This policy explains the intellectual property (“IP”) position for MAHTECH SOLUTIONS software, brands and website content.
MAHTECH software products
Unless specifically transferred through a separate written agreement, all intellectual property rights in MAHTECH software products — including INVENTRA ERP, INVENTRA Medical, INVENTRA Retail and DocKiosk Print — remain with MAHTECH SOLUTIONS. This includes:
- Software and source code
- Design, architecture and database structures
- User interface and documentation
- Branding, names and logos
A client receives the licence described in its agreement to use the software. A licence does not transfer ownership of the software or its source code.
Custom-developed software
Ownership and usage rights for software developed specifically for a client are defined in the relevant project agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise:
- MAHTECH retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, components and know-how used in the project
- The client receives a licence to use the custom-developed software for its own business operations
- Ownership of the source code remains with MAHTECH unless its transfer is agreed in writing and the agreed fees have been paid in full
Client data
The business data entered into MAHTECH software by a client belongs to that client. MAHTECH SOLUTIONS does not claim ownership of client data such as customer, supplier, product, stock, sales, purchase, financial or report records.
Trademarks and brand assets
“MAHTECH SOLUTIONS”, “INVENTRA”, “INVENTRA ERP”, “INVENTRA Medical”, “INVENTRA Retail”, “DocKiosk”, “DocKiosk Print” and their associated logos are brand names and marks used by MAHTECH SOLUTIONS. They may not be used without prior written permission.

The text, design, graphics and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to MAHTECH SOLUTIONS and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-party components
MAHTECH software may use third-party and open-source components, which remain subject to their own licences. Nothing in this policy affects the rights of those third parties.
